Getting Started Guide
Follow these steps to set up KidooTrack for your daycare.
Create your account
Sign up at app.kidootrack.com with your email. You'll become the Daycare Admin for your organization.
Set up your daycare
Enter your daycare details — name, address, and contact information. This sets up your daycare workspace in KidooTrack.
Create grade levels and classes
Define your educational structure. Set up grade levels (Pre-K, Kindergarten, etc.) and create classes within each grade with capacity and room details.
Invite your staff
Add staff members and assign them to classes with specific permissions. They'll receive an email invitation to set up their accounts.
Enroll students
Add students individually or use bulk CSV import. Link parents, assign classes, and your daycare is ready to go!
