When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and role within the daycare organization (Administrator, Staff, or Parent).

2.2 Daycare Information

For daycare administrators, we collect daycare name, address, contact details, and organizational structure including grade levels and classes.

2.3 Student Information

Student records may include: name, date of birth, gender, profile photo, medical information, allergies, dietary restrictions, emergency contact details, enrollment status, and attendance records. This information is provided by authorized daycare administrators and parents.

2.4 Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information about how you use the Service, including device type, browser type, IP address, pages visited, and features used. This data helps us improve the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Manage daycare operations including attendance, schedules, and communications
• Send notifications and communications related to the Service
• Provide customer support
• Generate AI-powered curriculum suggestions (no student data is sent to AI models)

6. Children's Privacy

We take children's privacy extremely seriously. KidooTrack is designed to be used by daycare administrators, staff, and parents — not by children directly. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.

Student information is provided and managed by authorized adults (daycare administrators and parents) who have a legitimate educational interest. This data is used solely for daycare management purposes and is subject to strict access controls.

We comply with applicable children's privacy laws. Parents have the right to review, update, or request deletion of their child's information at any time by contacting their daycare administrator or our support team.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as the associated account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When an account is closed or data is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize the information within 90 days, unless retention is required by law.

Attendance records and student lifecycle data are retained as part of the daycare's operational records. Daycare administrators can export and request deletion of their data at any time.
